At Hill Lodging Company we ask that our guests respect the policies we have set. These policies have been set to make your stay with us the best experience possible for all of our guests.
Check In is after 3:30 PM and Check Out is by 11:00 AM
You must be 21 years of age in order to rent a cabin and you must be staying there.
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival will incur a $100 cancellation charge plus the service fee. Cancellations made from 14 to 30 days prior to arrival result in losing the original 50% payment of the total rental cost plus the service fee. No refunds for cancellations made fewer than 14 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations due to inclement weather. You may need 4 wheel drive to access the lodge during snow and ice.
Reservations are required and a 50% deposit plus the service fee secures your reservation. Full payment is required 14 days prior to stay.
A weekend stay requires two nights at the weekend rate and includes a Friday or Saturday night. (Thurs/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun)

We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages or excessive cleaning from your stay. If you notice any problems upon checking in, please let us know right away to avoid any damages being charged to your account.
Occasionally appliances, hot tubs, satellite, etc... can malfunction. We will service and restore these amenities as quickly as we can, but will not make any rental concession for time without these items. Likewise, loss of electricity, water, or other "Acts of Nature" that are outside of our control will not result in a refund of any monies paid. Due to cleaning and servicing, hot tubs are sometimes not up to full temperature at the time of check in and may need several hours to heat. We ask that you follow all guidelines and policies regarding use of amenities in order to keep them functioning at peak efficiency. Failure to do so may result in damage or excessive cleaning charges.
Please be aware that you are coming to stay in the middle of the woods. While we have our cabins treated on a regular basis, it is likely that you will see bugs during your stay. We are not able to refund your reservation if you see bugs or spiders during your stay.
Absolutely no shooting,weapons of any kind (including paintball or air guns) on our property. Also, we do not allow ATV's(unless on a trailer) or fireworks to be used at our location.
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin, but you are welcome to smoke outside or on the deck/porch. Ashtrays are provided for your use. Smoking inside the cabin will result in a $500 cleaning charge. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
Pets are only allowed at Cypress Hill Lodge and Rocky Hill Lodge for an additional fee (limit 2). You must clean up after your pet, crate it if you are not there and do not allow the pet on the beds or furniture. You will be responsible for any damage or extra cleaning. We are not able to accommodate them at our other locations.
Please limit the number of guests to the maximum occupancy of the lodge and to the number of guests included in your reservation. We do not allow additional visitors. You will be charged for any additional guests, and may be asked to leave without refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of the cabin. No refunds will be made in the event a person is required to vacate the premises because of disruptive conduct or failure to follow our rental guidelines and policies.
Hocking County is a very rural county with curvy and hilly roads which requires cautious driving. Although we do our best to plow and treat our driveways, you may need 4 wheel drive in snowy or icy conditions. You will be driving on roads with hills and curves to get to all of our locations. Both Cypress Hill Lodge and Pine Hill Lodge have very steep paved driveways. They will require 4 wheel drive in snow or ice.
